More importantly, those tools act: they draft and file for you. Siftbox makes a different choice: read-only. It sorts your mail into 4 levels and explains why, without writing or sending anything. The AI runs on a Mistral model hosted in Switzerland (Infomaniak); data strictly needed for classification is not used to train a model or to profile you. No server to manage, no AI speaking in your name.

No. Siftbox uses Infomaniak’s artificial intelligence services, hosted on Swiss infrastructure. Data transmitted to perform classification is not used to train models and is not used for advertising. Siftbox also does not build an advertising or commercial model from the content of your emails.

Siftbox limits transmitted information to what is needed to choose the right category. Most decisions can be made from classification signals. When a message remains ambiguous, an excerpt of its content may be used to improve the decision. That data is used only to perform the requested classification.

No. Artificial intelligence intervenes only within email classification. It does not draft messages for you, does not send emails, and does not freely make other decisions in your mailbox.
